The story takes place in 1969 in Sasabo, Nagasaki, where high school students Ken and Adama hope to challenge traditional beliefs and rules. Ken, in hope to catch a girl’s attention, planned a festival which combines film, theatre and rock music, and developed their project into road-blocking the way to school! This plan however caught the attention of television stations and newspapers, and even cops became involved in this teenage adventure.
